2 box, mod clicking questions
Hi,
Since this is my first post I'll give you a quick rundown of what I'm doing. I 2 box, not 3,4,5 so this should be easier. 90% of the time I 2 box 2 different classes (ie, druid and hunter, priest and warrior, dk and warlock, etc) and as such I need to press different things at different times. I use 1 PC with two windows, hotkeynet, jamba.
Normally I have my letter keys and 1-9 not run through hotkeynet and use 1-9 for my main's macros, and I have my numberpad run through hotkeynet for my secondary. The numberpad is mostly not used on my main account, except for a few hotkeys, like numpad0 usually mounts both my characters at the same time.
Most of the time this works great as my secondaries don't usually need more than the 12 hotkeys (numpad1-9, /, *, -) for basic gameplay, for example my priest can have hotkeys to heal both characters, plus a damage macro, plus PW:S, and still have a few left over.
Where my problem comes in is my hunter/druid combo. I technically have 3 characters to heal, cure, etc then I have my damage spells, utility spells. I could narrow it down and not use all four of my heals for each character (taking up all 12 hotkeys) but I've been trying to get it to work in a different way. I've been thinking of using 3 different 12 button bars and using the shift/ctrl modifiers for them. here is a screenshot of the 3 bars:

The spells/macros aren't setup yet but you can see bar4, bar3, bar1 for what I mean. pretty much I would want to be able to press my normal numpad keys for N1 through N-, then CTRL+numpad keys for bar 3, and shift+numpad for bar4 hotkeys.
I have set the keybindings for bar4, bar3, bar1 to use CTRL and shift, when I use the basic numpad key hotkeys they work, but when I try to use shift or ctrl nothing happens.
I'm thinking my problem is it's using ctrl/shift but not broadcasting them since I probably don't have it set up right? anyway if anyone does this and has an example script or something that shows using/broadcasting ctrl/shift+numpad (or anykey) I'd be thankful

Certain combinations are already assigned to things like shapeshifting and pet control, which is likely exactly what you are running into. You should check your keybindings for these in the default ingame keybindings. If not, you need to make sure you have your keylist in HKN set up with shift and all that as modifiers...the whole "Shift Mylist; Alt MyList. Ctrl MyList" thing.
