Question Keyclone PiP Windows 7 pro

Hello everyone I am trying to get PiP to work on Windows 7 Professional 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255) for World of Warcraft. I used to have windows XP on machine and worked fine. I am useing Keyclone 1.9i. Set both keyclone and WoW to run as admin.

When I use keyclone to start WoW the windows stay at thier 1600x1200 mode and never resize. The one thing I knowticed is that they keep thier windows control bar and when i check inside WoW Video options they show wow1 as 1600x1200(w), and wow2 as 532X320(the size maximizer has) yet wow2 is stil 1600x1200 size. In XP id see them disapear then the window would resize. Ive tried to make sure I got keyclone setup correctly, but i am not sure if there is any settings in windows or / wow i might need to change inorder for it to work.

If i go and manually readjust the sizes of the windows the smaller one wont stay on top it goes behind larger one, so pip doesnt seem to work. Its just treating windows like normal windows explorer panes. Keyclone tho stil allows input to both screens just fine tho just resizing / pip isnt working.

Hope to see some ideas . This maybe just issue of waitn til windows 7 offically out / update to keyclone idk but for know just doing old fashion split screen smallness ^^.

In Keyclone's maximizer, you should see your entire screen.
You have regions created, one per instance of wow you wish to run.
Each region should physically occupy as much of the screen as you have its dimensions set for.
Under this, you have a resolution setting, which is what wow is set to.
WoW basically thinks each region is your full screen and renders within that window at the resolution you have chosen.

Assuming the resolution is set how you want and the regions are set up the size you want...
All I can think of is ensuring wow is set to run in windowed mode.

    Are you running as Administrator?

Keyclone needs to be running as Administrator. Sometimes it wont work at all, othertimes it wont save your settings. Depends if you use the Setup Wizard etc.

Also I'm running Windows 7. (Not RTM, have the cd in my bag just havn't formatted yet) so still running RC.

I use 2 monitors and use keyclone pip all the time.

Thank you all for the information that you posted. I went and double checked to see if i had it runing in administrator and it was. So next I checked out the maximizer and all the setttings seemed to be correct. So decided to clean out reinstall keyclone start from fresh. Tried using wizard this time. Still had same issue so got looking around at the options and found out in command editor there is a region combo box and it was empty on both wow1 / wow 2 so. The combo box had 2 regions listed so i set wow1 to region1.1 and wow2 1.2 and everything worked perfectly. So looks like all I missed was this one setting .

    Again Thankyou everyone
