Some questions

1- make sure there are no keys assigned to the G-keys in the logitech profiler, also make sure delay or repeat is not on in the logitech software. then go in the options of the profiler, untick start with windows and close the profiler. then press ctrl + shift+ esc and end the other logitech running process called "logitech gamepanel agent".

3- are the shamans in the group with you? I believe FTL only works if in a group with the characters. I could never get FTL to work with my 80 priest outside the shaman group. also make sure the isboxer addon is enabled on all toons you are playing at that time

My click castsequences are not performing as I'd like. The spam button is on 1 for each toon. On keypress 1, each of the shammies does their Elemental Mastery. None of the keypresses clicks the MultiBarButtons at all. If I mouse click on the wow macro, it executes as desired. Even within the window, it will not execute via spamming the 1 key.

The macro specifically calls other button slots via "/Click MultiBarBottomRightButton#" rather then a hotkey/key bind. I'm not sure how to get Click style macro's to work within IS Boxer.

The shammies button is:

I see that you have made changes to the "FTL DPS Keys" Key Map, which are going to cause problems. Specifically:
1. The "Use FTL Modifiers" option is set to ON for the Key Map
2. The "Use FTL Modifiers" option is set to ON for the "DPS 1" key in the Key Map
3. The "Use FTL Modifiers" option is set to ON for the "DPS 2" key in the Key Map

The only keys that should have this option enabled are: "FTL Assist Me", "FTL Follow Me", and "FTL Target Me". This keeps the FTL independent of your actual action bar buttons.

This likely affects your #3 as well.

Or more along the lines of... is my understanding correct and/or is this the easiest way to accomplish this?

I'm currently using a Tremor stagger macro within warcraft.
The macro's are keybound to Shift Tilde within wow.

Shaman 1 has /castsequence reset=5 Tremor Totem,,,
Shaman 2 has /castsequence reset=5 ,Tremor Totem,,
Shaman 3 has /castsequence reset=5 ,,Tremor Totem,
Shaman 4 has /castsequence reset=5 ,,,Tremor Totem

To convert this to InnerSpace, I'd just drag Tremor Totem (no macro) from the spell book to that hotkey.
Then instead of a Keymap which is triggered by Shift Tilde and sends Shift Tilde to all windows, I make a step per shaman.

The keymap is triggered by Shift Tilde.
The Target for Step 1 is either Slot 1 or Shaman 1's name.
By going Slot 1, I can use the keymap for other groups if something benefits from being staggered.
By going Shaman 1's name, Shift Tilde is effectively not a keymap for every other group.
The key combination it sends is still the same.

Then Step 2 sends to Slot 2 or Shaman 2 etc.
