Default Disable Windows Keyboard Shortcuts (F3, tab)

I know this isn't microsoft customer support.
    Know how I know that?
You guys are useful, and help, and find solutions in ways other than opening a search window and typing the question in the window.
The search window... therein lies my problem.

How do I stop vista shortcuts like F3 from opening dialog boxes when I'm trying to get my grind on?

Again I wouldn't bother you with this, but I've tried everywhere, even tech support of publishers of other software like Adobe. They don't seem to understand what the problem is.
The problem is I use F1 F2 F3 F4 F5 to switch between Keyclone windows. This worked fine on both of my old computers. Suddenly, Hewlett-Packard beast comes along and is SO fast that it opens the search window before it even lets Keyclone get the F3 command.

It's not only that. I want to kill the fact that hitting "Tab" highlights my task bar. That means when I'm trying to switch targets (I'm an old EQ player, so tab=switch targets and I don't think I can change my behavior on this issue) it sometimes takes me OUT OF WINDOW and highlights a program in the taskbar down bottom. WTFsrsly?

Any help on disabling windows shortcuts would be appreciated. Thank you.

The problem is that KeyClone is adding your Explorer to it's list of broadcast targets. Remove "Auto Add" and the F3 issue goes away, as should the tab issue.

A helicopter pilot got disoriented during a foggy night in Redmond. Spotting a high rise building with people working in cubicles, he hovers outside and writes on a sign. "Where am I"? One of the men inside wrote on a sign. "You are in a helicopter".

The pilot immediately turned east and found the helipad. An astonished passenger asked, "How did you know which way to turn"?

"Easy the pilot replied, the man's answer was 100% correct, but totally useless to me. I knew I must be at Microsoft's headquarters and that the helipad was due east from there."

    Truth is stranger than fiction.

Thank you so much! Both of you, for different reasons.
