Yes, HRT is the real thing. It will change a lot of physical attributes such as:

Softer skin
Layer of fat under the skin
Decrease hair growth on body
Increase hair growth on head
Redistribute fat such as waist, hips, butt and face
Removes nasty male body odor sorry guys!
Changes pheromones
and more!

One of the most cherished changes for me is the tranquil calm I experience now. No more 'anger'. I am more patient than I have been and seem to be more in tune to people's feelings.
