Default Two in One - Formations and main

I'm currently using a MAIN strategy pretty much like a tank and I don't switch leaders on the fly. My healers just concentrates prioritarily on this toon.
This is not good I know but things such as the delay on keyclone pip and the difficulty (for me) on setting up isboxer and innerspace which provide a very good pip have been stopping me from doing it. I run my 3 alts on smaller windows, I've won matches when the main died but it's pretty much bad bad when it happens.

What is your opinion on that? How are you handling it yourselves?

Another thing is formations, do you spread, do you stay packed? I can easily implement any form of strafing and spreading macros but I found extremely practical to have /follow toon to guarantee a perfect facing of all toons after ccs and whatsoever. Spamming it just assure good facing and that is one less thing to worry about. So the two thing just don't go together, spam follow and spread.

    How do you handle that?

    Thank you.

For pvp I used keyclones maximizer to create 4 equally sized windows for my toons. Decent enough resolution on each to see what's going on but not ideal. I found keyclones pip feature to be too slow for PVP. I then just hit the corresponding focus button then click in the window I want to now control.

Click to move and interact with target help with gathering up a team and to have them face a target.
I'm not great with it at the moment. The way I have it setup it's too far away from my break follow, so they tend to run towards the target (sometimes you want that, but not always), when I just want to tap it so they turn then break follow so they stay where they are.

Disclaimer: Haven't tried multiboxing arena so any experience I have is from multiboxing BG's.
