Has anyone done decent in Arena with a 4box team other than shamans?

I was wondering anyone has gotten above 1500 with a 4 box team in 5v5 with classes besides shaman.

*Throw in a live healer of course to fill the team out.

got to 1800 this season with 4 ret pally and 1 warrior, all played by yours truly... but started running into nothing but standard and wizard cleave which i have no shot against and am currently switching over to a 4 sham 1 dk team and butchering my rating in the process... i should have made a seperate team for them oh well

I am currently working on a 4 affliction lock team. They are still new and gearing up at the moment, but I have high hopes.

I played like 11 games in half blues, with no healer, just 4 locks active. Actually won 2 of them lol. You'll be hearing more from me in the weeks to come of course.

hella impressive with the war/rets. Too bad you didnt buy the 1800 weapons for your guys while you were still at 1800 before you tried out your shammys, I guess you can always get back up there.


I got to 1850 with 1destrolock/1ele sham in 2s. Playing them both. this is the first time I am able to play arena boxing 2s and having a little success. I was planning on doing my 3 hunters in 3s again but I dont think it will work anymore with the BM nerf, no idea haven't tried it yet. For some reason (either me or my healer) I dont do as well in 5s as I do in the 2s/3s bracket. 1600 is the highest I have gotten. Havent even played 5s this season yet, its a pita to find a healer and mine is focused on slaying dragons.
