    Default Pre-packaged UIs

I just love those <= 3 character searches that phpBB hates. It's a bit hard to search for UI, or UI* since they both return 0 results.

I'm basically looking for some pre-packaged UIs geared toward boxing. I am running a pally/2x shaman setup now in order to get the feel for things. The problem I am having is that the UI I am using as a standard baseline (the now discontinued Spartan) just doesn't work well for the secondary characters.

I'm running a dual display 1680x1050 setup. I plan on having the pally take up all of screen 1 and the shamans (and maybe 2x more if I get the hang of all of this) on the second screen. Spartan is way too small for quadding off the second screen. I can do 840x525 in a quad, so things should be a bit bigger.

What are you using for the drones? If nothing else, if you could point to me to some keywords on the UI threads that would be great.

Now, in order to give something back rather than just ask questions:

I followed some advice from over on EJ and did some enchants on white items. While I have been playing WoW for a while, I never realized vendor bought white items never bind. This allowed me to drop spellthread on the shamans and clefthoof on the pally for a darn nice upgrade. I am planning on farming for some shards so I can have a set of white fiery weapons in the bank in case I need to PL some lowbies. The idea was pretty sound since the stats you get from the enchants far outweigh any gear you will get for a while and when you are ready to roll a few more alts just pass down the powerleveling armor items.

The enchants about double lightning bolts and shocks.

The leg armor and +sta on boots has my pally sitting at I think in the 500's in hit points. Between that and a fiery on a white sword I am doing well. I am looking tonight to get one of our blacksmiths to drop a thorium shield spike on a cheap beater shield as well.

It's a good way to run through the early levels and not completely waste an enchant. I would like to try some spellthread on a pair of locks with shadowbolt spam.

Unless money is no object I would suggest just settling for a mithril spike, that and on some servers it is impossible or next to impossible to even find someone that can make a thorium one :/

As of last night on the AH, mithril spikes were 5g and thorium were 10g

Here is exactly what I use on my drones:
    automaton
    omen
    trinitybars
    twoboxtoolkit

automaton and toolboxtoolkit automate tons of crap like auto-accept group invites from your leader, whisper forwarding to leader, autoaccepting quests, autoselling greys, auto-repairing etc, etc, etc

I use omen for threat reporting (you can install just the baseline library.. i think it's called like damage 1.0 or something like that).

I use trinitybars because it is, by far, the easiest to setup for drones because of the keybind mode. You just turn on keybind mode, hover over a button, and hit the key you want to bind. Trinity also lets you setup "targeted" bars that every spell you put on it has a target set (ie party1). This is good for multi-boxing on a single comp cause you can setup your heals/dispels/etc and whatnot in 5 different bars for easy one-click shopping.

I don't use any unitframes or anything else and go with standard everything else to cut down on the memory footprint.

I've used the same set of ragged leather pants with the nethercleft enchant on 4 chars now, hunter, rogue, druid and shaman.

    Works a charm.

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=12692 - all the spikes dont have a min level/itemlevel required?
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=11207 - fiery, nice one idd, 40 dmg is sweet

Anything to add for casters ? :P

None of the spikes have a level or iLevel requirement to use. The limitation is on the blacksmithing level necessary to apply it. The felsteel spikes are just darned expensive for the increase over the thorium.

For casters I use the mystic spellthread. A pair of them put me back only 220g and adds a very large damage boost. You can also grab some old school mats and do the +power to gloves. There are no item limits for that.

For all classes you can do +100 health to chest and +sta to everything else.

For any class, Fiery is so OP it's not even funny. Heck, you could run a priest and melee/wand most of the mobs for the first 10 levels or so. Fiery procs about once per fight, so that a big pile of free damage.

Edit: I was thinking soulfrost/sunfire, but I just realized they are level 35 enchants now.
