Getting 400 in a weapon skill.

Just for the fun of it I tossed on a low level blue I found while doing some faction quests. The last weapon skill I need for the achievmeant is two handed swords. I had like 320 or something. So swinging this sword, tanking heroics, has got me to 399 but no further. I went H GuN and H ToC and could not get that last point. Is it just not possible with such a low level item or is 399 to 400 just realy hard?

its pretty hard but no it shouldnt take that long.. get a lvl 80 one (cheap.... like a green or w/e) and see if u can get it up!

Took my raiding Druid about 30-45 mins to get 399 -> 400 in unarmed. I spent the time beating on the neverending supply of mob spawns in normal Violet Hold. I use that place as my goto farm spot for weapon skillups. Use heroic if they are just dying too fast from the guards.

I did the weapon skills on... I believe... my rogue.
The last few points of a skill are stupidly slow.
As far as I know, the weapon level has nothing to do with it; its random number generator fun.
