I tried it today just with 5 box(for lulz)
Did 5 or 6 treis, best try i actually got her pretty deep into p2, but without dedicated healer it was tough for my shamans to keep my tank up(3 shamans, oom in p2), she hits really hard too
Onyxia's Cleave hits Phean for 15540 Physical.(2220 Blocked) (125 Absorbed)
Onyxia's melee swing hits Phean for 9973 Physical.(2220 Blocked) (2300 Absorbed)

I think this is possible with a bit more gear and dedicated geared healer, or maybe 6th toon as a healer. Once my shamans went oom it was game over.
Definitely doable as a 10 boxer or 5x2 box.
