by blocks their characters, does that mean 24hr temp ban or just they can't whisper you anymore?

It acts like a 24 hour ignore function for your account vs their account. So if they make a new character, or log to a different character, you still have the temporary ignore function working.

Right now I have a team of 5 warlocks at lvl 39. Anyway, when I goto WSG or AB, there is usually one person there that spends the whole game spamming how much they hate me. What do you guys usually do to respond to this?

Just ignore them all, and try to have fun. I spent these weekend in the 39 bracket and was happy to leave. If I wasn't getting it from someone in /bg chat, I was getting it from a lvl 1 atl from the horde we just fought.

I didn't bother to respond to any of them - and continued playing the game and having fun.
