Necroing this thread because I just fixed the automated script that handles Innerspace Subscriptions.

The new method to get the badge to display : You *must* set your LavishSoft Affiliate Site Key in your profile AND change the field directly below (LavishChecked) to "yes" (No quotes) for it to be checked. Script runs nightly.
