Can you copy paste the relevant information from the link...silly me looking at this at work I can't get to AJ.com
The pillars in the Nagrand and Blade's Edge arenas are now square in shape, which should make it clearer whether a pillar humper is in LOS or not.

Nice!!!
And thank you stealthy for helping me avoid accomplishing something at work today :P
Can someone explain to me the significance of this? Is it huge or just a small buff?
With the round pillars someone standing 90% in view of your character would e out of LoS no with the square pillar i f you cna't see them they are out and if you can seee them they are in.
I wouldn't call it a buff just more of a visual clarification of LoS.
Oh ok thanks for the clarification.
The biggest difference is that instead of running around in circles where you only have time for instant cast, it's now possible to get a a spell off that has a cast time.
Some people, druids in particular, just make me run in squares now.The biggest difference is that instead of running around in circles
That'll never change, however I found two of my matches last week where they would have normally gotten away, after a quick frostshock, I was able to finish them with chain lightning. With the circles, I would never have time to get the cl off.
I don't think this will impact the outcome that much of matches, but it will definitely speed up the endings where that one last peep tries to stay out of LOS.
