Default Is there a /stopfollow macro?

I'm using really simple/crappy macros b/c I have no clue what [noharm] [nodead] is and stuff; I'm using things more like

    /assist onepally
    /cast lightningbolt

but my shaman won't stop until the pally stops moving =( I need him to stop halfway to the mob so I don't lose dps

The best (and only?) way to stop following is to use the movement keys. Bind your shaman to strafe on the Q button or something, then just tap Q to make him stop.

As I mentioned in this thread:
before patch 1.10 it was possible, but nowadays, you unfortunately can't do this with the only help of macros and addons.

The only possibillity i know is setting up the keybinding for Forward at your alts to another key then "W", and then just hit this key before you want to cast, and your alts will stop following your pally, and they are ready to cast.
So there is no solution which will autostop following, you have to do it yourself... (sad, I know )

I just have all my "followers" with all movement keys unbound except the down arrow... I tap that then hit my assist/cast button.
