Totem bars for shamans! You can setup up 3 groups of totems and bind a key to each set. Then drop all four totems in the set with one key press. Duel specs and the equipment manager additions are great too.
Other great change is you can train the normal flying skill at 58 instead of 70 like before. A level 80 char can purchase a bind on account Cold Weather flying book that you can mail to a lower alt to unlock flying through Northrend at level 68. Flying while leveling through outlands and northrend is very nice!
