Default Need a little bit of help with Synergy

Ok, I downloaded Synergy with broadcasting.

I copied it to the other PC and ran the synergy.exe file on both PCs. One I used the option to control keyboard/nouse of another PC. I put in the name of the PC.

The other PC I used the
"Share keyboard and mouse" option. I get this.

synergys.exe: No configuration available, while on the other PC, I get

"WARNING: failed to connect to server: The attempt to connect was forcefully rejected"

Ok, what am I doing wrong?

I am running one on Vista and one on Windows XP.

You have to setup the screens so it knows where they are in relation to each other.

I use regular synergy - click configure and set it up. Make sure you define BOTH screens. Aka if B is one to the right of monitor A then you also have to define that A is left of B.

Then run both copies, one as a client and one as a server. This needs to be configured as well.

One thing though, once it is running and i load the games it stops working.

Do I need to be playing these in windowed or full screen?

Edit - NM.. I am an idiot. I forgot to run it as adminstrator.

    It works fine now.

    Windowed

    Full screen "cages" them.

You can run full screen windowed though.
