Decursive these days is not the same as the old Decursive. It is more an alert system with a seperate unitframe. IE, click the little red box, Whack-a-Mole Plus.

I know they broke the targetless decursive but I believe the target version works fine. Decurse should have created a macro you just need to bind. I might be mistaken.
