    Default x58 vs p55

    what are you guys thinking on this? the p55's with the 2chip solution (eliminates northbridge) other than that and some of the way it deals with the pci-e slots, i've finally decided to demote my current main machine and build me a new main, really stuck on this topic, jst looking for some input from some of u guys

    Obviously you wont go wrong with either solution, the main consideration will be future upgrades to the 6 core processors. Only the x58 will support these processors.

    Personally I like the economics of the p55, you will save a good amount of money on a complete system.

    lets just say the 6 core is not gonna happen, just for right now, which do u guys think would be the best platform to 5box on? dual monitors
