Yeah. Those original vids were based on 5 blood DKs each with blood aura stacking for healing. Can't remember off the top of my head, but was that about 20% healing to entire group of dmg done as well as 5 x blood tap heal which healed the main char for 20% health and each party member for 10% every 30 seconds. The second part you can still achieve, but the removal of the blood/frost/unholy aura basically killed the insane amounts of damage based healing that made the whole thing viable.
I tried to do it but all the anti melee bosses kicked my ass. Now my dk's are sitting at the mail box for the past 4 or 5 months.

Glyphed Rune Tap still works - its nearly a full heal to the whole party every 30 secs.
I haven't PvE'd with my dk team for a while - mostly just pvp these days, but I would imagine you could do some bosses by using round robin taunting to spread the damage out and Rune Tapping every 30 secs.
You would pretty much need to spec everyone in Blood for extra healing from Vampiric Blood / Improved Death Strike / Bloodworms

Ghonosyph has had success with a druid tank and 3 DPS DK's using a Frost / Blood spec - and yes he's running heroics with only 4 toons.
