How fast do you level dual boxing? WoW

Where can I get a list of the instances as well as their appropriate levels and area for horde?

currently have my priest/paladin combo up to level 18 in about 13 hours of /played time, seems to be going a bit better now, priest has some spirit gear so mana regen is better and the paladin has spiritual attunement so I can go a bit harder on the DPS -- can't wait til I get consecration so I can go crazy
