ISBoxer/Jamba question about Follow

I'm trying out Innerspace/Isboxer and I'm liking it but there are some things that I can't seem to find easily enough. I like that it works well with Jamba but I can't seem to figure out how to turn off autofollow. I've been able to turn off follow strobe but follow still turns on again.. when I sit down to drink on one character then swap to another char the follow turns on again (I have the drink option checked in Jamba). Is there a way to COMPLETELY toggle on/off ALL following?

I saw there was a fix on the keymapping for strobe off/on in another thread but I tried it and it didn't help. I guess what confuses me is all of the options jamba/follow in the keymaps ..I see at least different keymaps and don't understand it.

I appreciate any and all help.
