    Default Help from 5v5

I have 5 shamans total and 4 of which are my mains and are well geared for pvp.

I play with a druid who's great but we just get creamed by cleave temas - a lo tof other teams like to rush us before I can start selecting targets. Is ther ea strategy section? I know thet Aelllei had made a video what he does but it coughts off abrobly at bladges edge so I'm not sure he never finished it or what.

i like big buts and i can not lie

The Aelli video, while very good, is kind of obselete. Wrath is an "aoe everything" expansion. It's also a "every class can bubble" expansion. You simply can't stand there and spam lightning bolt anymore.

You're going to need a lot of gear to survive good cleave teams. Additionally, you will need quick target selection and to pay attention to who's used their bubbled, who has things like pain supression on them, etc. Ultimately at high levels you will need focus targets because it's just too predictable when all 4 shaman target one guy.

With enough spell power, no one can survive 4x FS, 4x LvB, and 4x CL. The only way they will is with passive heal buffs already on them (earth shield, pain supression, prayer of mening, power word shield, etc.)

Purging is nice if you have time, but you usually don't until you are down to 2-3 targets. The only major thing that would need to be purged is mark of the wild, but it's too hard to get rid of it, that's why you stack a minimum of 85 spell penetration so you don't have to think about it.

I wish I had more tips, but I never came up with a good strategy against cleave teams. Usually I just got a lucky kill on either the ret paladin or warrior and we tried to survive after that. Even at 1740 rating (our best) we were up against 2300+ cleave teams. Sometimes even higher (played a 2800 MMR as well).

One thing I know, is you need a good healer. if you have to stop and heal yourself, you aren't going to kill anything and you are just delaying the inevitable.
