The Unitframes i use is just a very personalized X-perl Just download the normal one and playaround with it and ull get it somewhat i got. I like things plain and simple to understand without flashing numbers and icons all over the place

OT: Shadowed Unit Frames look almost exactly like that as standard, for what it's worth. They're on both curse and wowinterface and there's an arena specific module as well.
