Default Random Disconnects on Random clients?

Anyone have any issues with random disconnects recently. Over the past week I have noticed that some of my clients will just disconnect. As an example I was recently farming for netherwing rep when 2 of my guys disconnected.. no problem I relog them in, they are still in group so I reset my focus and keep going. about 15-20 mins later 3 of my guys get disconnected.. 2 new ones and 1 of the guys that was disconnected before..

Rarely do all 5 disconnect together, and I only say its random cuz I can be playing for hours or minutes and it just happens. I am usually able to get back in fast enough where the server hasn't realised I am disconnected cuz I am still in group.. It's just annoying though.

I had this issue. Mine was a corrupted patch. I had to totally reinstall the game from scratch. I actually recommend this from time to time. I run as smooth as silk now, with no problems.

Yeah, I've done both. More of an annoyance really. Just wondering if other folks get it too. Only time it's a pain is when my tank acct gets disconnected which in itself is more rare than the other 4 clients. However its a guaranteed wipe if I am in an instance. lol.

I have 3 manned an encounter before, that was fun. Typical badge farming session and then "hey where did 2 and 5 go. damn!" lol.

Couple things come to mind. Hareware probably won't cause it but how is your RAM usage?
More likely, Are you using or does your Router have Wireless access? Someone might be stealing your Inet. I turned wireless off and the latancy went way down, from RED to green.

Haven't ran unleaded yet as the problem just started recently and not all my clients are affected. I have my WoW folders symlinked. Don't use wireless anymore. I run 8 gigs of ram on vista64. Nothing noticeably wrong there.

Again more just curious to see if anyone else experienced something similiar. Until it starts to happen more often and in a more predictable fashion I am not too worried about it.

When it does happen, check your latency on the toons still running. Might be a clue

I will keep an eye on that when it happens again.

Do you use a Belkin router, I have an N+ and there are numerous complaints about disconnects and random periods of major lag. I updated the firmware and flushed DNS and release/renewed the WAN IP, now I'm running pretty smoothly. I figured out it was the router when using google talk to talk to my wife in the states, it would drop speech ability but not the connection entirely for about 3-5 secs, something like 1 or 2 times every 15min.

I'm telling ya', I had the same problem. I had to start WoW totally fresh, with no addons. Then I added them back one at a time. I spent 4 days working on it. I STILL have an open ticket with Blizzard.

Ewww Coltimar.. Hopefully its not the same thing.. lol. Bettysue I have a linksys router and I am not completely disconnected from the internet or all my clients. So far the most has been 3 of my 5 clients have dropped. It's not always the same client either. Although I have noticed my main has only dropped twice as opposed to the rest of my guys.
I still continue to play on the other clients to finish up whatever I am doing and can usually log the disconnected toons back before WoW even notices my guys are gone. Unless of course I am in an instance in which case I just try to tough it out until I am in a safe position or wipe whatever comes first. Luckily i have only wiped twice due to my main being disconnected.
It was just strange that is just very recently started. No patches or updates that I have noticed for wow or my system.
