I am pretty sure that disabling GG is not something that would be supported here. As much as it sucks, it's not something people should be doing if we want to maintain legitimacy as multiboxers.

I understand heffner. Probably the only reason why i said anything about this is because i read one of ellay's posts saying that he had to shut it down for keyclone to work.

I am pretty sure that disabling GG is not against the rules AS OF YET. Keyword, many people on the boards have been saying that they will edit the rules saying that if GG is turned off then you get banned when aion is released, but a large number of people turn it off to use some of there programs (example, windows media player, Anti Virus, keyboards and mice). I also read a couple of things about GG, like how it has full control over your computer even if the game is not running. Also a program that needs anti virus turned off to work kind of makes me question it. I have also read that NC Soft hates GG and that the only reason they use it is because they are under contract with them, and that contract is about to expire soon. But they also have that rule that makes them do whatever they want to do.

The reason that i didn't post the link to the site to block GG is not only because i didn't think it was 100% safe, but also because of the rules posting to this site (if it was illegal then i didn't want to promote it).

Heffner, I am not trying to be an ass to you or anything. I respect what you said and i am reporting this post to the admins. If this is against the forums posting I am sorry and you can lock or delete this topic.
