Is this possible? The majority of the tutorials that I have read are based around 2 different pc's, and I just want to get everything set up on one pc. Any suggestions?

I run 3 or 4, depending on my mood, on my one PC. Search, grasshoppa.
i run my dual on a single pc without an issue ...
i run all 5 of my accounts on one pc.

Post your computer specs, and it's easy to see if you are able to. Most likely, if you have computer that is not older then 3 years, you are able to multibox atleast 2.
Myself, i run 5x without any trouble.
