Core set of macros for 5 boxing Pally and Shammy?

I have read the various sticky macro threads and found a couple nice macros there, but I wanted to put out a call for some experience from you all.

Can any of you put ur macros for a pally tank and 4 shammy dps setup?
Naturally there is the focus, assist and follow, but what do you use for attack sequences,
totem sequences,
healing various party members,
switching focus targets if your main is feared and no trinket or dies,

anything else??

I'd be interested in the general philosophy of targetting/assisting. I am currently using all DPS targeting through /assist focus, and have a separate focus/follow macro that chooses an alive party member in a certain order. 4-shammy teams seem like they have some flexibility since you don't really need to reserve focus targetting for CC (sheep/seduce) activities.

Specific macros would be great, but I'd really love to hear about the general macro philosophy as well.
