And also... how much spell pen are you engineers sitting on? As much as I like the SP+Parachute cloak underlay... I don't see it possible to achieve the necessary 120-130 SPen without the +35pen to cloak. Also, if I drop JC I don't see how I will ever achieve the correct spell pen either.
