This is why I dont use FTL anymore, lol! I used to use FTL, but server has too much lag when switching targets and often you would see two targets with 2 flameshocks instead of 4 on the same target due to targetting lag. Hate that =(

I just started using FTL I always did the if this toon is alive targetting. I much prefer FTL but I have not really put it to the test. I will admit a few times I switched targets right at the beginning of the fight and ended up with Lightening Bolts in two directions.

-Honestly, yes this is one of the sleight problems with FTL, luckily for me, i use a more Target-And-Hold-FTL style, where only if the current target is friendly,dead or nonexisting my slaves assist the leader in an FTL-Sytle and when the slave taret is 'harm' and 'nodead' they simply stick to it. This has the drawback, that when I want to change the target of my slaves to the target of the tank I have to press a seperate key, other than my dps-key. But for PVE I realy like the taret-and-hold. Of course for PvP the normal (non-sticky) FTL or a focus-approach might be better.

I would disagree that focus would be the way to go in PVP, thats exactly the reason I switched to FTL lol.
Unless you like a ton of keybinds or keyboards on your desk, FTL is the way to go for PVP.

Multi, same thing could happen when shifting focus to fast as well.
