Liscence expired?????

Is key clone Down I cant get back on I updated and it tells me my liscense is expired. ... I acidentally paid for a new liscence and still no go.... worked fone for over a year and now nothing please any ideas?

When it notifies you that your license expired, is there an option to transfer it?

Often this is simply triggered whenever you change your computer hardware.

yes there is but I have yet to recieve an email on the transfer. maybebecuase its labor day weekend?

It's an automated process so shouldn't be affected by the holiday.

Try to kick off the transfer three or four times. Email delivery isn't entirely reliable.

also make sure to check your spam and trash folders.

in one situation so far, i have found an isp was actually deleting the incoming email due to it having a link embedded within it (amazing).

if the problem persists, please send me an email (keyclone -at- solidice.com) with the new system-id and i'll get you up and running again.

I had the same issue dang Gmail of all things added it into my Junk Mail. I forward all my gmail to another account so I never log in to check Junk/Spam mail but there it was.

Got it Thanks guys looks like my junk file was auto deleteing it...........all is good now thanks for the support rob
