Just to add I've managed to get this resolved, I managed to pay somebody at work to continuously call the phone line for 3 hours until they got into the queue (huzzah!).

I'm just getting the time sorted atm to level as I'm needing to finish off a few things whilst gearing my main but hopefully I'll get them there soon
