The new World of Warcraft Faction Change service is now live in Europe. As we mentioned previously, [http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread....95129741&sid=1] we’ve been in the process of developing a new service for World of Warcraft that will allow players to change their faction from Alliance to Horde or Horde to Alliance for a fee. After purchasing a Faction Change for a character, a player can choose any race of the opposite faction that is compatible with the character’s class. Please note that all achievements and quest lines relating to the Argent Tournament are reset when a character uses the Faction Change service.

We would also like to inform everyone that we will be offering a Race Change Service in the future. This decision was based largely on community feedback, and often in regards to the Faction Change service. Players who choose to switch races will be able to change their race within their same faction and class. Additional information and updates about Race Changes will be published at a future date.

Further update. This worked well. Two characters transferred no issues.

I didn't realise it doens't have to be a permanent move. 60 days and you can faction transfer back if you want.

I did this as well and I am missing a few statistics, but everything else seems to be ok...

Transfered 3 complete withwin 5 mins, but the last 2 only get paiment option failed...How long do i have to wait? Can i get around this by switching IP?

If the error message is 203, then you have to use another IP or wait about a month before it clears.

Don't remember what error it was, however i tried with a different card, but that didn't work eater. So now i got the error with 'max attempts tried' and it's locked for 24 hours, and another 72 if i try again...

If i call billing support, will they be able to fix it? It's 6 hours until it opens..

The system only accepts the same cc 3 times per period of 24h. Insisting will lock both the cc and the toon. Even if they can deny it in cust sup, believe me it's 100% sure.
