You'll still miss night elves, ret paladins, blood elves, and especially blood elf ret paladins with only 4% hit. And they always seem to resist the spell that would have killed them. Funny how 1-2% miss chance turns into 50% when it matters (I've seen blood elf ret paladins resist all 4 of my lava bursts). I pvp with around 7% hit because of it. That's 2/3 in elemental precision and 3 pieces of ascendancy gear instead of dominance.
