Oh, and another tip for those who may be reading. If you make a "naked" equipment set and equip it once you're mounted, your drake will still have health as if you were wearing the gear, but you wont lose durability if you die :-)

Oh ho! Now that you mention it, I did do not-very-tricky rebinds for the dream funnel - just unbound the key[s] on my main actionbar and clicked it as needed on a couple runs.
Edit: It might be easier to just un-link the emerald drake from passed keystrokes for this fight?

I find it a bit comical how much trouble I seem to have with this fight, so I hope you don't mind helping out a bit more.
First of all, I can't seem to keep up with the heals. Even with 3 stacks of poison, once I heal up one drake, another is at like 30% health.
Another thing is my macro. For some reason it doesn't always target Eregos. It looks like this:
/target Ley-Guard
/target Greater
/cast Fiery Wrath
The idea is to target the drakes when theyre up and ley-guardian when they're not (strategy), but for some reason it doesn't seem to work. What macro did you use?

Post-script: I ended up getting the Amber Void using two emerald and three ruby drakes. Was pretty random though, I'll see if I can repeat it tomorrow. I would use both emerald to heal, unless I had recently cast the dmg reduction. I lost one ruby at the start of the fight but somehow managed to finish it. If I can do it again tomorrow I'll post a more thorough strategy :-)

Ok, it seems that the strategy I found worked again without much trouble. I've completed with both 2 ruby and 3 emerald and 3 ruby and 2 emerald (yay for red proto drake mount). I basically used the setup descriped here:
http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/inde...s_%28heroic%29
With one very significant difference, which is that I have 2 dps buttons - 1 for when drakes are up, 1 for when no drakes are up. The reason is that my drake-macro would get stuck for some odd reason (no matter if I was placed so dead drakes would fall all the way to the ground). You can set these up with a click-macro so it works with just one button for dps btw.
Lots of deaths, but finally I have all my oculus achievements - yay :-)

A little late now that you've done it but I used the wiki setup as well and had no problems with the macros provided once I realized I had to kill the whelps that were already alive around the base below the boss before I started the fight. Otherwise those macros would target those whelps which were out of range and screw me up from the get go.
I've now done it 3 times I think but I need to get back in there and start switching the toons around on the emeralds/rubies for the achievements and try the 5 ambers as well.

When I did the ruby/emerald combo, I had to add [nodead, harm, exists] to my ruby drake dps macros, so that they wouldn't get stuck on the dead adds.
Fuzzy: Congrats sir!
Multibocks - the way I did that was simply jumping into master keybinds and unbinding or rebinding the actionbar slot(s) as needed for specific fights.
No unbinding necessary - I use hotkeynet, so I can assign one key (Q for instance) to send another key (Shift F12). But if you decide to got he bind/unbind route, I can recommend this thread:
http://www.dual-boxing.com/showthread.php?t=26098
Edit: I think I just got what you meant. Just place your macros on another actionbar and make shortcuts for those or use an add-on such as bind-pad.
