I may have just gotten lucky, but when I did Split Personality, I went all-out DPS before the split. Once she split, I kept it very slow and methodical. I started with a 4x Chain Lightning, then switched targets, did one cast, switched again, did another, and just kept bouncing back and forth between targets, making sure I have the one with the highest health on target before casting. Then, once they are all down to about 20%-ish, just went all-out DPS again.

I was doing Nexus again yesterday to finish up Intense Cold (used the 'stand at the entrance' trick with my team) and I was able to beat her before she split for the 2nd time, so if you can manage to do that, it'll certainly help. When I got Split Personality she split twice on me.

I did it today on my ret paladins by accident. I would suggest you dont even bother hexing. Beat one to about half, switch to next. From all the AE flying around when you get the third to half the other two should be low, continue dpsing until they are all dead. I think this achieve would go well with Fire elementals and thunderstorms (too finish them off.)

Just be careful, i killed her before she split for the first time, and she didn't drop any loot or even badges

I'm going with the 5x timestop dragons, but can't seem to get this right. Could anyone please explain in detail?

You talking just the last fight or the whole instance in general?

Give me a few to collect my thoughts and I'll post exactly what I do using 5x Ambers .....................

Ok, so to defeat Eregos with 5x Amber drakes, start by watching The Moos video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3d7oYaBzUgo&hd=1

Now it doesnt go into much detail as far as macros and whatnot, so here is what I have to add to that video:

-First, I'm a button-masher. And I had to unlearn my button-mashing ways in order to get this right.
-I use a Nostromo n52 gamepad and have it programmed with 2 settings: 1 for normal use, and another strictly for Eregos. I switch it to the Eregos mode right before I engage. Do whatever you like, but thats why I have my keys setup the way I do.
-These are my macros that I have set up on each character:

    Lance:
    /target Ley-Guard
    /cast Shock Lance
    Rift:
    /target Ley-Guard
    /cast Temporal Rift
    Time:
    /cast Stop Time
    DismountVehicle:
    /script VehicleExit();
-Stop Time is set to a different key for each character in order to do rotations. You cannot do more than 3 Stop Times before his phase shifts, so time them right, and make them count!

-This is how I have the macros set up on each character (you can do however you want, this is just my layout):

    Party1: Ctrl+1: Stop Time // 1: Lance // 2:Rift
    Party2: Ctrl+2: Stop Time // 1: Lance // 2:Rift
    Party3: Ctrl+3: Stop Time // 1: Rift // 2:Lance
    Party4: Ctrl+4: Stop Time // 1: Rift // 2:Lance
    Party5: Ctrl+5: Stop Time // 1: Rift // 2:Lance

-As soon as I am ready to engage, I get in range and hit the first Stop Time.
-Then, I hit '1', pause for just a second and hit '2', and go back and forth, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2 etc. Only let a second or two pass in between. If your timing is right, you'll be pulling great DPS.
-All the while, keep your Stop Time rotation going. As soon as the first one wears off, I hit the next one. If you keep him frozen for 3 Stop Times and keep up your DPS rotation, he should do his Phase Shift without summoning any drakes (if he does that, its almost a guaranteed wipe). And once the phase shift is over, you can hit him with 3 more Stop Times. You'll always have 2 phase shifts, but if done right, he'll die right after the 2nd.

    Questions?

Oh, and one other important thing I forgot to mention, have all your macros set up and ready to go BEFORE you pull the first boss. This includes hotkeying the Amber Drake icons. If you drag it to your hotbar in the instance, it will stay there even if you dont have the icon. Keep it somewhere on your hotkeys so you can have it set up and ready to go before you even pick it up off the guy. If you have to, go into Oculus on Normal and hotkey it, then go to Heroic.

This worked excellent for me, although I found a 3-4 second pause to work better for some reason. Just got my oculus achievement tonight (not make it count though, but now that I have the eregos-technique down it's hopefully only a matter of time - so to speak, hehe).

Also, I simplified it down to two keys - one with a toggle/round-robin which had the following macro:

    /stopcasting
    /cast time stop

And another toggle/roundrobin where char1 and 2 would cast rift, char3, 4 and 5 would lance and then the other way around. That way I only had to press two buttons, so I could concentrate on getting the time stop casts just right.

Thanks a lot, this is very much appreciated: I will set up the macro's today, and do a normal run just to check it out since I'm currently saved for Oculus until tomorrow with my main.
