You need to use an addon that can sort the player list, I'm not sure Grid has that

Edit: According to olipcs you have to do that by editing the .lua

- grid also with alphabetical sorting turned on (this you have to specify in a lua-file, not in WoW directly)

Use vuhdu lol. I set it up and baam they in the same order on every screen so i heal who i want when i want. Also since i urn 4 shamans when they spread my healer drops back behind everyone. Why so if my other shamans take damage i can target one hit chain heal and get them all.

I just sent up grid on each of them and I am now able to heal no matter who is leader. Still trying to figure out how to set up grid so they are all in the same order. Right now I can't heal who I want. But hey, it's a step closer.

In addition to Grid, download GridCustomLayouts.

With both installed, type /Grid Config

Click on Layouts and then go to Advanced.

Create a new layout.

The text you want, including the quotes below, but no spaces is:

nameList="ToonA,ToonB,ToonC,ToonD,ToonE"

Do that on each of your toons, and it will sort them the same way.
I have a bug, where sometimes it displays the same toon name in slot D and E.
However, if toon D is down to half and toon E is healthy, it shows the health percentages correctly.
As in the same name/color in each grid, but toon D's grid square is half filled.
Clicking on the grid, heals the correct toon, even with the bug.
So, if for example you were to display 0 letters of their name, you wouldn't even see the bug.

With Grid, you'll need an addon like Clique to interpret your clicks as heals.
