License problem..

So my license expired and I clicked get license and payed the 19.99 but it still wont work, say expired still.

You should have not had to pay another $19.99 the license is for life I believe. When you see the license expired it can also mean that the version you are using is no longer supported by the server. You should have tried upgrading first if you have not done so.
