[Keyclone] Window Tabbing and Auto-Hide Issue

Hey All,
Since upgrading to 1.9, I've encountered an interesting problem. I run my main tank on my primary box and 4 windows on my second box (w/keyclone) maximized to full screen, auto-hiding the task bar at the bottom of the screen. Since upgrading, I've noticed my second box playing "hot potato" with my 4 windows, which isn't a big deal, except that it pops up the otherwise auto-hidden task bar, which essentially hides my spell bar and inventory slots on the bottom two windows. Obviously, this makes it difficult to see cooldowns, click on bags, etc.

I didn't see this addressed in any recent posts, though I could have just missed it as well. Any suggestions otherwise?

Ya same thing happened to me after upgrading, such a pain in the butt. I had to gimp by taskbar at the bottom to compensate for this. Swapping to view the internet is quite a pain now. I went and setup another pc just for surfing now.

I've already reported to this to Rob. I hope he fixes it soon, because it really is an annoying issue. It gets even worse if you accidentally perform a pip swap while keyclone is already performing a swap, because it will then abort the previous swap and multiple windows will end up at the same location.
