Back capping hasn't been possible for me since the alliance all move forward in a group waiting on the towers to burn before moving forward. They don't rush because the games always start out 20 horde to 40 alliance so they just keep 10 or so on defense and thats all they need to wipe the few of us that get split up in bunkers or at balinda. Then they either just win on reinforcements or win outright because horde all get split up and dont accomplish anything.
