I just worked LifeTap into my rotation and I have noticed some improvement. I have it weaved in with my CoA macro so it taps about every 40 seconds.

coe is more important for me than coa, unless you have another source of coe type debuff, even if lock is the only caster he will do way more damage with coe than coa(unless you have moonkin or unholy dk of course).
I have life tap on separate button, but its easy to incude it into a macro(life tap before the pull, and its still up after boss is dead)

a perfect 40s lifetap in the macro:

Could you just do /cast Curse of the Elements, null since you most likely are only going to cast it once per fight?

Now that race changes are available, its really really tempting. (don't like a gnome mixed in with a bunch of Dreanei and a Nelf... just looks funny)

you know you want to..... just powerboost it through dungeons with the rest of your team and you should be fine. i think at 75 you can do the lvl 80 dungeons. Solo quest inbetween to break it up, try AV for kicks. With shoulders and chest leveling aint too bad any more.

Yes you can and this is what I do.

My undergeared Destro lock toasts the rest of my team. She was in blues, greens and level 70 epics doing 1800 dps in normal instances yesterday. Thanks for these macro suggestions and the time you put into them.

Ya my lock easily beats my arc mage and destroys my boomkin (dunno wtf is up with his dps).

you can i just have it set to right around 4 mins 30s, just in case, it doesn't hurt anything.

Before you guys go totally crazy over Niley's Warlocks DPS, keep in mind his gear is mostly a mix of 232/245 gear.

Great work on the macros, just like to point out that most of us probably won't be seeing number quiet that high.

but but gearrrr is soo easyyyy :P

I was going to reply, to use a Null, but thought to check if anyone else had recommended it already.
