I pre-ordered Aion to get into the beta, but cancelled it after realizing it isn't my type of game. It may be fun for awhile, especially for those who mainly want to pvp, but I doubt it will hold on to pve fans for longer than 1-2 months. Decent game, but seems very shallow as far as char development goes. With only two starting zones and 2 races, probably won't have much replay value either. I couldn't see myself playing for more than the 30 free day period (if that) so that's why i cancelled my order. It definately looks like the best Asian mmo yet so it is worth checking out the open beta to see if you like it or not, or if you need a break from WoW.
