Default Quick Hardware Question 1 PC / 2 Graphic cards

    Hello,

    System is : i7 920 @2,67 Ghz,12 GB RAM,285 GTX 2 GB ,24 and 27^^ Monitor.,SSD Disk

I want to play 5 acounts on my PC..but main account in ultrasetting oh 27^^,and 4 toons with minimals details on the 24^^.
Is it now usefull to put another old 9400 GT with 512 MB in the system and let them handle the 4 toons on the 24^^ monitor? So that the 285gt can concentrate on the mainaccount with ultrasettings? ..what is the bottomneck @ 5 accounts? the CPU,Ram or the Graphic card?

    many thanks ...

My bottleneck with using 2 video cards is my second PCIe slot, its x16 size, but only x4 electrical, so the speed is not there. if I attempt to run even one wow on the monitor hooked to my second video card, it slows wow to a crawl. running 5 wows on 2 monitors hooked to my main video card is flawless. If your motherboard has the right speed extra pcie slot, it might be worth a shot.

But i don't think you will have much difficulty with high settings on one window. Your specs are better than mine, and I think you will be ok. I did however switch to 2 PCs, so i could use 3 monitors, which I could not do effectively with my motherboard. I got tired of squinting to the 1/4 screen size of the alts on the other monitor (even when it was on a 37" 1080P, or on a 24" 1920x1200 LCD) 3 monitors is very leet looking too I have 2 vertical in an "H" setup.
