While I know this isn't a viable multiboxing option, has anyone gotten one of the Netbooks from Verizon or AT&T and played WoW on them?
Just curious.

I tried on my Dell Mini 9, it took so long to load (using external USB HDD, internal ssd way too small to hold wow) I just gave up. It did load, and I think it did work, but was not "playable" IMO. Maybe if you turn everything down to absolute minimum, you could use the AH n stuff...

Summary:
I ended up with an MSI Wind. 1.6GHz Intel Atom, 1g DDR2 667MHz (upgraded to 2g,) Intel GMA graphics.
I get ~8-12fps in IF, 6-10 in shat, and 20-30 most other places. One interesting thing to note is that putting all my settings on max didn't affect performance at all, the bottleneck isn't the GPU or RAM, it must be the CPU.
