Okay about the strobing off, you erased the original that the Quick Setup Wizard made, so when either of the macros hit Num Del theyre not doing anything. The command you want is
/jamba-follow strobeoff

Make sure that in both cases, the WoW Macro Action has the command in it. If you have a WoW Macro Action with no command in it, it's going to do just that. Nothing. If you don't want to define the commands in ISBoxer, use a Keystroke Action instead of a WoW Macro Action

Otherwise, what you've got looks ok. I will say that you don't need to add *both* your Character Set and each of the Characters to a Key Map. One or the other will do, they will have the exact same effect. The reason it is allowed to add just Characters is if you want to make a Key Map that only works when you're using a specific Character. For example, if you made 5 copies of your Formations key map, you could make it so no matter which guy you're playing, he never moves but the others all move around him.
