Ok got a cpl more basic things in for keymapping like buffs and wand for my mages. Now is there anyway to keep them from auto following while using spread formations. Thats one question. Next is im using the white list so i can pass f and j which are my spread buttons but they are not working like they are supposed to. They work when i do broadcasting but not when its off. I want to be able to keep broadcasting off and still spread them out. Thanks again.

Put F and J into a common keymap such that you press F or J and it presses F or J in which ever window(s) you want. Basically you pass it through unmolested with out having all the keys on.

If you are using Jamba for follow strobe etc, then use the Jamba strobeoff command. All the commands are in the Jamba sticky. What I do is make a round robin with 2 steps. First step turns off follow strobe with a ISboxer macro sent to all windows. Second step is a key combo only (nomacro) that is bound to movement keys of each window to create a simple spread formation.

So I strike it once to turn off, then hold it for a moment on the next press. If they don't move enough I double tap it again. Works good.

Edit: Don't forget, you can make target action groups and filter your keymaps to only go to these groups. I.E Make a group called slaves and drag all your slaves names to it. Then when you make a macro or keybinding you can send it only to those characters. Target action groups are unlimited and you may have as many as you want with no limit of how many groups each character can be in.

when I created my spread formation I added in a step in ISBoxer to turn strobe off. Look at some of the preconfigured macro's to get an idea of how to do that. So in keymaps create an action or macro set the first action to the jamba strobe off slash command then add a second step and make that the strafe.

Also I never use the white or black list just create a passable keymap. Take a look at the dps keymaps and just copy one and change the bindings. So take say DPS keymap 1 make a copy. Change the name and the two binds to what ever you want. Easy donuts.

Ok new thing im setting up groups now before i tweak settings for each just so i have basic functionality. I made my mage grp now i am making my warlock grp. Question i have is that when i goto do the dps buttons and i have already clicked warlock set am i suposed to see the mage dps buttons. I mean i added a cpl for my mages like hearth and drink conjour buffs. Now when i goto my warlock set i still see those not sure if thats supposed to be seen of if i am only supposed to see 1 thru = for dps key maps. Kinda confused why this is happening.

If you want them all to dps from the same key then make your isboxer macro like this

    Code:

!if (character is in "warlocks") /assist tank
    !also /cast shadowbolt
    !also /kill more stuff

!elseif (character is in "mages") /assist tank
    !also /make water now!!
    !also /kill stuff
At the top tell isboxer to send to all windows and will setup the individual character macros correctly.
It is explained here on the ISboxer wiki.

You basically tell different action target groups to do different things in one "macro". When this configuration gets exported to innerspace it also translates theses "macros" to the WOW addon such that only the mage gets the mage part of the macro and the lock gets the lock part etc. They will all have the same keybind so when you want to dps they will do the correct action/spell.

    Hope this helps.

Ok so what your basically saying is that i just have to add different dps/buff macros into the key maps, and it will show for all class combos but will only use for whatever setup i have. What i mean is i want to use alt shift 5 say for conjour drink on my mage but i dont use it on my warlocks and therefore dont want to accidently put something from speelbook on locks and it get used. I mean when i did the set up wizard before i set up two different sets and allowed me to set them up so i wouldnt see on the keymaps for my locks conjour food drink int buff and stuff i use on mage but for some reason now it shows on my keymaps for my locks.

Wow he goes way to fast on the tutorial i was trying to set up my round robin for death coil on my locks so i could do some massive piss off lol. Although i thought i did it right it only casts one and when i click again nothing. I did the new key map named it lock, then on bottom left i clicked new mapped key named it death coil, hotkey was num 1, made 5 steps, hit actions made new keystroke action on each making the hotkey num 1, and selecting for each step char slot 1 for step 1 char slot 2 for step 2 and so on. Then exported success but nothing what am i doing wrong grrr lol.

nvm for some odd reason they dont auto target the dummies once i selected dummies on all of them they would all hit dc one after the other. Now i just gotta do some more and make my mage grp and hopefully they will be seperate from my dps stuff on my locks.

Ok i think im getting this figured out now but need a yes or no for this to actually make me feel better lol. Ok considering i have multiple class setups like i have all mage and all druid an all lock a dk and 4 shammy setup this is my question. I made a new key map and called it locks, so in turn it opened up bottom left hand side with 3 options under locks mapped keys character sets and characters. Under mapped keys i made 15 different sets of mapped keys including round robin keys for fears and banish. Now say if i make my mage setup will these map keys interfere with the mage team or will i be able to just load upo my lock team and have their extra set ups not shared and if i load up my mage set ups will their mapped keys be distinuqueshed and not cross used between the locks. Basically what i am asking is if i make a key map called mages and under that sub title i save every new key map as mage when i goto innerspace and click mage to load my 5 mages i wont have to worry about keys not working and doing a round robin as if i were on my locks.
