autohotkey help

Can someone please tell me how to use autohotkey. I have 2 WoW accounts, a dual core pc. I am able to log in both accounts (alt/tab) but can't figure out how to use autohotkey to send commands to both clients. Sorry for being such a noob. thx for any help you may provide
