    Default Season 6 is Finished!

Just wanted to check up on all the arena multiboxers and see where we all ended up.

I had no prior experience (not in bc and season 5 was mostly me afk'ing for savage gear).

Played about 550 games this season, learned a ton. Maxed out at about 1740 (which we hit several times, only to be knocked back down to the 1600s but, guess what, a fan of knives rogue team).

Overall, pretty happy with the results but disappointed to not have my furious chest piece, so I can look like shaman and not hunters.

The final result - full furious and deadly. No hateful, no titannub wg crap. Around 2350+ spell damage (going for 2400 with new gems), 850 resilience and around 21.5k hp (I quit stacking stam at 21k because it just doesn't matter).

Looking forward to next season with the fan of knives nerf. No doubt we have a lot of problems with our strategy, but I can say without a doubt that no more fan of knives spam will allow us to hit 1850 this season no problem. 2k+? Maybe, but I know that taking out that one ability alone, we would've broken 1800 on sunday (we were steamrolling 2100 and 2300 MMRs for a bit).

    So how did everyone do?

Are you guys running 4 shaman with a separately controlled healing buddy?

Good luck with next season. I'm sure you'll do better now FoK is out of the equation.
Hopefully my shaman will get to 80 by the end of season 7 and start gearing up.
    Looking forward to it.

I maxed out at 2120 about a month ago. Been playing since late season 3.

I changed my setup a bit and did some experimenting after FOK rogues ruined my progress (there was one FOK team on every single night grrr). Finished about 2K still, so not bad considering I pretty much gave up. Season 7 is looking awesome for us, so I am very excited to get started. Being 2000 rated in the first week or so of a season is a VERY powerful advantage for a 5s team, both gear and competition wise.

Best of luck to everyone this coming season!! Its not quite the old instadeath lazer beam days of season 2/3, but season 7 is looking to be our best chance in a long time.

I got to 1930 in 2v2 playing a single shaman with a hunter (talk about a tough combo).

I only started doing 5s in the last couple of weeks, playing a friend's alt-druid (we started with him as a fresh 80).

By last night we got to 1475 =P and he's at around 18.5k HP with my guys at 21-24k each (main has mostly furious w/ weapon and the rest is deadly) -- the others all have at least deadly with a furious belt, heh).

Once we kind of figured things out we did really well against teams and started winning the majority of matches, unless the team has a damn FOK rogue -- the only way to beat that type of team was to spam flame shock until there were four of them on the rogue, then spam elemental mastery/lava burst, followed by quad thunderstorms.

If we could get the rogue down with those three instants we would win every time, but the problem is even getting off instants is hard when you turn your team like a semi truck pulling a trailor and the rogue just runs behind you so you can't cast on him.

I really hope 5v5 is more active in S7 since in S6 we could really only do it on Mondays and even then there were only 2-3 other teams queueing -- any other day during the week it would be just one other team queueing and they would either be rated 1000 or 2500.
