So, if I followed you're looking at:

Account 1: 80 Shaman
Account 2: 60 Paladin
Account 3-4-5: 60 Shaman

to get your ideal, cookie cutter (good choice btw) set up of pally/shaman x4?

If so, use your Shaman to quest boost your four sixties is probably your best option.

I did this with my Warlock who was 70 when I started my team.

The 80 can help blow through mobs for kill quests. You can keep him ungrouped if you want or just eat the exp bonus to drive through quests. Specing the 80 resto for instances will make those fly and once you hit 72 (I think) the exp drop from having him grouped will go away.

Unless holding aggro is a challenge for the pally, keep the FS/LvB in a /click macro on your 80. The added DPS would be helpful. Keep the other shaman in a straight LB spam until appropriate.
