Apart from my initial post - where the uncharacteristically colourful language was a true reflection of the frustration I felt at having my one evening of game time in the week thwarted for no obviously legitimate reason - I think I've been civil.

So let's be clear on this, then.

I still use Keyclone. It works fine. 1.9 does all the things 1.8 does. I have no idea what 1.9 does that 1.8 didn't, and will probably never find out because I don't care.

I still hold Rob in high regard, and I remain in awe of the effort he puts into Keyclone for what is a complete pittance to most professionals, especially helping people get up and running.

I think he made a msitake with this mandatory "it won't work any more" upgrade, and am disappointed that he doesn't see it that way, but I'm long over it.

It has once again shaken my faith in any sort of call-home software licensing though. *shrug*.

And I still won't be upgrading again until I'm forced to, but hopefully that won't happen again
Just to be clear, no, they weren't aimed at you.

    Default F3 problem

Since I've upgraded I've noticed when I hit my F3 button for chain heal/wild growth I'm getting the Search box come up. Really screws with the healing because it switches windows. I have another friend with keyclone 1.9 as well together we found that if we minimized the keyclone to the sys tray it no longer brings up the search box. Just wondering if this was an intended change, a bug or perhaps a windows upgrade I didn't know about. I just didn't ever have this happen until the 1.9 upgrade.

    Thanks,
    Rod
