Default Anyone have a Frost Mage Click-Castsequence?

I'm going with a mixed team, in battlegrounds.
So far I'm trying to build a mage click castsequence.

According to maxdps.com, the correct rotation is:
    -- Summon Water Elemental
    -- Frostbolt

Ideally, I'd like to work Icy Veins and Cold Snap into the rotation.
Possibly Focus Magic from Arcane as well.

When I put Summon Water Elemental or Icy Veins into a castsequence, it gets stuck on that spell and won't advance until the cooldown allows. I was going with:

    /Click MultiBarRightButton1
    /Click MultiBarRightButton2
    /Click MultiBarRightButton3

    On 1:
/castsequence [nopet] reset=combat Summon Water Elemental, Cold Snap,,

    On 2:
    /castsequence reset=combat Icy Veins,Null

    On 3:
    /cast [target=target, harm] [target=targettarget, harm] Frostbolt

Frostbolt has to be the last ability, because that's the fall-through spam.
The only solution I've got so far, is with modifier keys, which I'd like to avoid if possible, in a spam macro.
I have Water Elemental glyphed, so the cooldown is 120 seconds.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

To be honest, when I was frost spec'd I just had icy veins in my main cast (it doesn't trigger a GCD):

    /cast icy veins
    /cast frostbolt

For the water elemental, I had a separate hotkey to bring him up. Same for cold snap on fights where I needed him up again quick. Frost is nice because its SO low maintenance. That said, my arcane spec blows away the DPS of frost (for me at least). It does require more thought in rotation.
